The philosophy behind these apps

As a developer, the old question used to be: will automating this take less time than doing it manually? With generative AI, the answer is almost always yes now. For any task I expect to repeat, I try to build a tool first. If it doesn't come together in 30 minutes, I move on. It works out most of the time — and the result is a collection of small, focused tools that actually get used.
